Ask Agway About Your Lawn, Garden, Plants & Pets

Ask Agway Spring Lawn and Garden Training Series

We’ve always prided ourselves on having a knowledgeable team that provides personal attention and excellent customer service for our customers. It’s harder now since we can’t invite you into our stores in person, but not impossible.  We’re still here for you.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Are you still filling propane tanks?
Yes! We offer propane refills at our Dennis & Orleans locations. A 20lb refill is $19.99. We ask that you call the store first from home to prepay.

We offer Blue Rhino Propane Exchange at our Chatham store only.

Can I shop for plants myself or do I need to place a curbside pickup order?
Our Garden Centers at all three stores are OPEN daily for Outdoor Shopping. We ask that customers follow our safe shopping protocols including maintaining social distancing from staff and other customers, avoiding touching what you aren’t planning to buy, wearing a mask and sanitizing your hands.

How do I learn more about what Agway carries?

Visit our online shop to see our full inventory and place and online order for curbside pickup.

When is the best time to shop for plants at the garden center?
Right now, the quietest times of the day are 9 to 11am and 4 to 5pm. Over the next couple of weeks, 10 to 11am will get increasingly busier as well. Also, the nicer the weather the busier it is in the garden centers. If you come on a rainy or cloudy day you’ll have much fewer people around you.

For other questions, please call your local Agway store. Due to a high volume of calls,  our phone lines are extremely busy, we appreciate your patience and ask that but you keep calling back.
